General Assembly (GA)

The General Assembly (GA) consists of high level representatives of all the beneficiaries of EUROFLEETS. Here you can find what the role of the GA is.

The General Assembly (GA) of EUROFLEETS is responsible for strategic policy and decision making.

 

Their main role is to oversee the strategy of European fleets and coordination of the participants' activities as well as to make high level decisions in order to facilitate integration of F&E. Technical re-orientations, validation of project review, IPR and exploitation issues as well as possible changes of the consortium are also part of the General Assembly's responsibilities that will be detailed in the consortium agreement.The GA makes sure that the adopted strategy is respected in order to reach excellence.

 

The General Assembly meets at least once a year. In order to facilitate the decision – making process, the head is the EUROFLEETS Coordinator and consults other members of the General Assembly on-between meetings when needed. The General Assembly will be assisted by permanent Committees (such as Scientific Advisory or Industrial Advisory Committee) represented in different meetings.
